Jimmy Ayala Jr
Jimmy Ayala had a dream of owning his own place to continue to demonstrate Charreria and Rodeo in 2017 he invites all to join at Hacienda Santiago to witness exhilarating rodeo competitions featuring skilled cowboys and cowgirls. Our events showcase traditional and modern rodeo sports, providing entertainment and excitement for all attendees. Celebrate rich Rodeo and Charreria heritage with us.
Emely Ayala
Office Assistant
Emely is responsible for coordinating schedules, managing documentation, and assisting with events. Her enthusiasm for learning about ranch operations and equine management enables her to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Jacob has been an invaluable member of our team, bringing a wealth of experience from his time as a coach at both the high school and middle school levels in various sports. His unique ability to blend his passion for riding with his dedication to coaching has made him a pivotal influence on our achievements

Jacob has been with the team since the very beginning, evolving into a remarkable leader. He has mastered everything from starting colts to teaching students at the ranch. As Jimmy's right-hand man in everything along with the San Antonio Rodeo Noche de Vaquero, his deep understanding of the horses and their individual needs truly sets him apart.
